Assistant Director, Adult Social Care Operations and Transformation | salary £103,045 – £115,674
Following the appointment of Sam Morrison as our new Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, we are looking for a new Assistant Director for Adult Social Care Operations and Transformation to deliver our new vision and lead a broad range of services from learning disabilities to safeguarding, from mental health to long-term support. This is an exciting and critical role for our Council that will see you lead on utilising our insight into the strengths, challenges and needs of our diverse communities to maintain our commitment for a Fairer, Safer, Greener borough, working together with our partners to deliver even better outcomes to those that need us most.
We will look to you to be a champion of high quality practice with a focus on improved outcomes. You will be a champion of partnership and collaborative working, building upon our already strong borough-wide relationships. In this role you will have the opportunity to champion and represent the authority across South West London and the wider London region through our well-formed cross-borough networks and via the work we do with London ADASS.
